We need hands-on care to take care of my husband in Baltimore City in the neighborhood of Bolton Hill, who suffers from the terminal illness of a glioblastoma brain tumor. He is disabled, but can still pivot when transferring. He can barely speak any longer. Medication management is required. Must be trained and comfortable in transferring a 165 pound male by yourself in a safe way (e. g., wheelchair to toilet, wheelchair to bed). Expected to do light housekeeping. One of your responsibilities will be helping with bathing/shaving/toileting. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion with the necessary physical strength. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets. References a must. Thank you.
