I need care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Mobility Assistance, Help Staying Physically Active, Feeding. Personal care required, including feeding. M, W, F from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. as these are days she goes to dialysis and T&T from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Home help comes to do PT & OT twice a week each and the nurse comes twice, so just someone to open the door for them. On dialysis days, an ambulance collects her so just someone to open the door and have her ready. She uses a hoyer lift We have one 20lb dog in the house and
