We are looking for someone to sleep overnight or to work from 3:00 a.m. to 8 a.m. a few days a week. My father is 84 and has some mobility issues and the start of dementia. My mom is 82 and is his caregiver. Occasionally he will get up in the middle of the night. This is hard on my mom, and she would like peace of mind knowing that another person is there to help when this happens. My dad has some mobility issues, neuropathy in his feet and the start of dementia. He can dress himself, go to the bathroom, shower, eat, and get up from a chair. For the most part, he is independent but does use a walker and is very weak. Occasionally will take a fall.
