About who needs care: Stage 4 cancer patient, slightly crippled left hand. Has an ostomy bag. Needs someone who can drive, occasional help with wafer change, meal prep, grocery shopping, light housekeeping and laundry. Has a dog but he's very sweet. Has chemo treatments every other Monday. The weeks he has chemo, days/ time frame would be; Mon 3-7, Tues 8-12, Thurs 3-7, Sat 8-12 but these can be flexible. The weeks he does not have chemo Mon, Wed, Fri, Sunday 8-12 but these can be flexible. About the care needs: A good fit would be someone who can assist with making healthy food choices, friendly, likes animals & taking short drives, patient, and likes to fish. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
