About who needs care: This is the ask from my Dad and his brothers. Location: North Riverside, Illinois (Western Chicago Suburb) When: Looking to place by May 15, or ASAP. Long term opportunity For Who: Quiet 102 yr old, 108 lb English speaking woman who is in good health but unable to walk due to arthritic knees. Need: Recent experienced, licensed care-giver to safely transfer to wheel chair and toileting. Early stage dementia. Adult children living in the vicinity to provide back-up support. Main floor security cameras. Also needed to maintain household (cook, clean). No pets, loud music Private upstairs bedroom & bathroom Full Room & Board provided, steady W-2 salary Need valid drivers license, car ownership. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
