About the job

About who needs care: Ed is experiencing problems with his legs and waiting to get in to see neurologist to understand underlying condition. He's coming out of MacNeal where he was treated for nearly a month for depression. He needs help ensuing he takes his meds and they are organized for him, getting dressed, bathing, and getting his meals. He may need transport to therapy and grocery store. About the care needs: They should be able to deal with someone who needs to be motivated to get going. Ed lives in a 4 room condo and should get out to walk as well. Ed is very demanding so someone who can let things just roll off them. He is well meaning, but going through a transition till he figures out his legs. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
