About the job

About who needs care: My husband was an active 60-year-old who coached volleyball, surfed and worked for the County of Maui. He had a stroke 6 years ago and is immobile, in a wheelchair or recliner all day. He weighs 180 lbs. He has absolutely no balance, but is able to stand and transfer with help. He also needs to be fed, and needs help using the bathroom. About the care needs: He is outgoing and humorous, so those qualities would be good in a caregiver. Looking for someone who could help him do simple exercises, and who will talk to him so that he can practice his speech. I am looking for someone to work 2 to 3 days a week and I am flexible on days, but must be Monday through Friday.
