About who needs care: My dad is diabetic, with end-stage renal disease. He has dialysis 3 days per week. My dad is diabetic and has end-stage renal disease. His right leg is amputated, and he typically wears a prosthetic but cant wear it, right now, due to a wound that is being taken care of to heal. He has also recently had another amputation on his left foot. He is having balance issues & upper body strength issues, leading to his inability to transfer himself to/from his wheel chair, bed & commode. About the care needs: A kind & considerate personality that shows understanding of my dads circumstance. They primarily just need to assist with transfers from his wheel chair, bed & commode. His mobility in his arms & hands is limited, but he can drink & eat. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
