About who needs care: Reopening my original ad. My mother is currently able to attend a senior center 3 days a week alone but she needs companionship on the other 2 days of the work week (Tuesday and Thursday). There is the possibility that she may need someone to attend the senior center with her in the future. She is hard of hearing and has dementia. About the care needs: Someone who is a good listener, who can manage a person who likes to reminisce about their past frequently and who is empathetic. Also, someone who can drive her to a store occasionally. Services needed include: transportation, and companionship.
