I need someone who has experience with dementia & medication management. I need someone who is patient, easy going, and loves to laugh. My mom is very outgoing, friendly, and silly, but she can get frustrated/depressed when confused. You should have a great sense of humor, compassionate, and a great listener. My mom has sciatica and arthritis , so it's hard for her to walk. I need someone to help prepare her meals, be close when she bathes, and let her dog (Pixie) outside to use the bathroom. Pixie is her emotional support dog and very friendly. She is a 10lbs Shitzu. Give her morning and afternoon medication. Being close by when she bathes. Doing activities to strengthen her memory, like puzzles. (Maybe) taking her and Pixie for a ride, she likes fresh air. I have a driveway. I am not sure about access to public transit.
