About the job

About who needs care: Back and hip bone and joint disease. He can walk short distances with a cane. He is 75% blind. No hobbies, but watches TV and listens pretty much all day. He eats very simple lunch and pre-packed treats through day Takes about a two hour nap. He cannot sit in chair for more than two hours at a time. Our biggest need would be some housework, making a lunch or dinner not both meals. Possible one shower a week for husband. Bring in the mail. There would be less duties after I recover from back surgery. Should recover in about two weeks. Can discuss fully before we start. About the care needs: Pleasant more upbeat and positive attitude will talk a little but not talk or play music while doing chores! Skills to walk beside to provide a slow stable walk around house. He hardly ever goes outside. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
