About who needs care: My 58-year-old sister Susan has Alzheimer's disease and mild to moderate dementia. She doesn't have a driver's license and needs transportation to exercise classes and activities. She may need some assistance getting into and out of classes. About the care needs: Susan is primarily interested in attending exercise classes and fun things to do. She is mostly independent once she's pointed in the right direction. Recently she attended a music concert she really enjoyed and she would probably enjoy going to see the manatees, etc. We're looking for someone comfortable with driving all around the area with a strong driving record, who would enjoy spending time with Susan given her diagnosis. Sometimes Susan feels sad about her situation and needs cheering up, other times she's in a great mood. Susan can take care of her needs and go to the bathroom, etc. Services needed include: transportation.
