Opportunity with a family as key member of caring for women in her 90s with dementia. Exp. help bathing, prompting eat/serve meal/ , lite walk outside, ability to drive short distance req. & lite cleaning is req. Pref for expr. caregiver who is non-smoker, can work a few days per wk. some flexible hours req. Reliability/Consistency: Requested time-off should be kept to minimum, planned a couple months in advance, Patience/Kindness: Prior experience with dementia isn't required, but helpful, Emotional/Physical fitness: job is demanding, caregiver needs to be fit, able to walk, Helpfulness/Initiative is the caregiver personality that takes initiative best fit, Need Alt wkds & weekdays 7am- 11-9/10 p.m. & always looking for subs.
