About who needs care: Father needs monitoring and assistance for all wheelchair transfers. Father needs assistance with hygiene. Also light meal preparation for father. About the care needs: Looking for a reliable candidate for afternoon shift Monday through Friday, 1300 to 1600. Candidate needs to be able to physically assist father with transfers as appropriate. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
