About who needs care: mom has increasing dementia. She is independently mobile and can toilet herself. She wears pullups but is generally continent during the day. Mom is always incontinent over night--always urinary, often stool. She is compliant with getting in the shower each morning. She has a sweet disposition and is very rarely nasty or mean. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
