About who needs care: I have a herniated disc in my lower back, a herniated disc , a pinched nerve, and 4 compressed vertebrae in my neck. I should have had surgery 2 years ago but due to a series of unfortunate events. I am to the point I can barely stand up for longer than a few minutes. About the care needs: I am very social but have been cooped up. I love rock music, movies. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
