About the job

About who needs care: They are simply old, falls often and the last two times resulted in stitches and another a ride in an ambulance. She is incontinent and has troubling holding her bowels. Now have insisted she wear Depends. Still has accidents. Stubborn and wants to do it all, but the old gray mare she ain't what she used to be... About the care needs: She likes to talk, mostly about how bad she had it. Nobody know what she's been through. She wants sympathy and devotion and someone who will agree with her all the time. They should have a loud voice or be able to repeat their questions a few times. She's deaf, wear hearing aids but doesn't answer half the time. She sits in front of the computer for most of the morning, then she will sit in her chair and read. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
