About the job

Seeking a live-in companion for young 85-year-old women whose eyesight is declining. Hours are 24/7 for two weeks then a weekend off (Sat-Sun-Mon). Flexibility in schedule based on her personal travel. Outside of eyesight she is completely independent/capable. Candidate must be honest, genuine, kind, positive & outgoing. Responsibilities include driving to appointments; driving to social events; driving to activities (golf, Pilates, etc.); errands & grocery shopping together; making meals & having meals together; being available for companionship; & helping with occasional technological (Netflix sign on, cell phone complications). Req to have a valid driver’s license and to be comfortable driving. Private bedroom & bathroom; car available for work; all food included; and 4 weeks’ vacation. Start date - late August, early September.
