About who needs care: This care is for an 82yo male being released from 5 weeks in rehab after a fall who should have 7 days of supervision getting acclimated to life at home alone and assessing his ability and future needs. About the care needs: This individual is very intelligent and has been a mental health professional for 40+ years. His primary interest is music, especially classical and he enjoys listening sessions during the day. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
