About the job

Help needed for my mother in her 80s - seeking part-time companion care. The ideal match will meet the requirements below. Please be willing to keep her area clean (a bedroom & bathroom). Looking for a caring, trustworthy and compassionate companion that tries to encourage my mom to get out of the house but also hang out with her at home (lots of puzzle/tv time). We'll need you to handle groceries or errands when appropriate. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.). Duties will also include caring for her when my husband and me are out of town. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with dogs. My mom is still relatively mobile but needs some assistance. References required.
