About the job

We are looking for a caregiver for my father to come from 630-10 p.m. on Sat & Sun to assist in heating meals, eating dinner, transferring to watch TV, then getting ready for bedtime and transfer to bed. This also entails light household chores (clean up dinner dishes, poss light laundry), toileting, and assistance to bed. My mother does his medication management. We are looking for a regular weekend caregiver who is friendly, compassionate and reliable. My Dad is not a big talker, but he likes to listen and watch things around him. Dad is 5'7" and 150lbs, so we need someone who can lift him with a hoyer lift without requiring assistance from my Mom (who has back pain). Non-smoking and covid vaccination required. Dependability and good communication is a must! Please reply if this sounds like a good fit.
