About the job

I'm looking for hands-on care for my mother in her 80s. My father is also in the house but he can take care of himself for the most part. I only ask that he gets meals with mom and that his medications are placed in front of him, he does not need prompting. Medication management is required, placing pills in front of mom after breakfast and dinner. Some light tidying up is involved. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. I precook most meals but occassionally caregivers also prepare meals. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.), on rare occassions. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker. I do have caregivers in place already so not all spots are available but I can try to accomodate your scheduling needs.
