About the job

About who needs care: Michael has been diagnosed with ALS and Front Temporal Lobe Dementia. He sleeps a lot. He currently takes care of his personal needs. I would like someone to be here when I go out and also to drive him to Sebastopol. He likes to go to get himself some hot chocolate. He is open to new people, speaks very little. Loves his horses. About the care needs: I want someone who is cheerful, patient and a little flexible. Someone who is not frightened by dementia. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
