However given location of the bed wound, it will require cleanse and cream during diaper change. About the care needs: Kind, gentle and patient. Some training moving a person with a disability. Good sanitary practice and protocol. Services needed include: diaper change 2-3 times a day, once in the morning, once in the afternoon and once in the evening. 1 hour per visit for three time slots. If you can only make two visits that's also ok.
