About who needs care: My adult Son is a T2 paraplegic requiring someone to assist him with daily tasks who has experience in handling patients with paraplegia. The job requires someone to do range of motion on his legs daily and assistance with showering as needed. Also dressing and transferring into the wheelchair is needed. About the care needs: The ideal caregiver should be someone knowledgeable and skilled with range of motion and hopefully available long term. Someone with nursing experience and task oriented is preferred. Services needed include bathing / lower extremity dressing, range of motion, transferring.
