About the job

About who needs care: My dad is currently suffering from a liver- related illness (going through doctors visits now to sorry it out). He presents as extremely exhausted. My mom is doing best she can but I can see she could use help. My dad needs someone to help him move around and my mom needs someone to help with meal prep. About the care needs: Good listening skills and patience. My dad likes to talk although with his illness has been less talkative. If they were ex-military or enjoyed camping, wilderness shows, that would be awesome. My folks cant camp anymore but would love to share stories. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance.
