Help needed for my mother in her 70s - seeking part-time hands-on care. The ideal match will meet the requirements below. One of your responsibilities will be helping with burping and/or changing her colostomy bag, and changing her diaper. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker. My mom enjoys stimulating conversation. My mom is a psychologist and sometimes conducts sessions over the phone and would need privacy at those times. She is bed-bound and unable to walk for now after having emergency surgery for a perforated bowel.
