About who needs care: Heart / kidney transplant. Biggest need is drop off / pick up for dialysis M, W, F, Sa. Light cleaning assistance, meal prep, other appts / errands as necessary. About the care needs: Good sense of humor. I may need help transferring from wheelchair to chair (have lift chair at home), to car, etc. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance.
