We need hands-on care to take care of my father-in-law in Prescott. He was recently discharged from the hospital and has been regaining mobility the past 2 weeks at a rehab facility. Some help may be needed with transferring from sitting to standing. Possible help with bathing and toileting, but he's mostly self-sufficient again in those areas. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation, light housework, running errands, possibly transporting for appts. We believe he will only require this assistance for about 2 weeks, but I won't be surprised if he and my mother-in-law decide they want some assistance longer term! While we are still determining his needs, we believe he will likely need approximately 3-4 hours per day for the first couple of days, then 2 hours per day, then every other day, etc.
