Pay per hour ranges from: X - Z Must pass a criminal clearance screening Have a clean driving record Finger print clearance Duties will include and not be limited to assisting with ADLs (activities of daily living) Mobility- ensure her safety while using her walker. She uses a walker for stability due to leg pain. Please keep walkways clear of tripping hazards and bathroom areas dry. Transferring- assist when needed to promote her safety Dressing- ensure my mother is dress accordingly to the seasons and in clean clothing. Promote her independence with dressing by allowing her to select her garments. Toileting- my mother is incontinent and wears briefs. Refrain from calling continence items, diapers. My mother is mostly incontinent of her bladder and has frequent accidents. Assist her in changing her brief every two hours, when needed, and before and after attending outings. Bathing- assist my mother in the shower to promote her safety. Ensure the floor is dry, walker is near by, and floor is clear of hazards. Apply lotion to body Dining- offer my mother kind reminders of meals and hydration. Promote water intake. She has a history of dehydration and UTIs. Meals my mother likes to eat are vegetable dishes, eggs and bacon. Food items my mother does not like are most meat. Assist with laundry: washing, folding, and neatly putting clothes away Assist with light housekeeping as needed: ex take out trash before leaving, put food away, dishes in the dishwasher Pets : One very sweet, large dog is her companion. Letting the dog outside and inside She enjoys swimming. A very nice community pool is close by with fitness center, dressing rooms and hot tub/spa.
