About who needs care: Mark is blind and has chrones disease. His medication is managed by a nurse that comes by throughout the week. He mostly needs assistance making doctor appointments and getting to the doctor and the grocery store. He also needs assistance going through his mail and staying on top of bills. He is not a morning person, so he prefers to do things early/late afternoon. He is rather clean and loves to talk about jesus. About the care needs: He prefers that his aid be a believer of christ. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
