About who needs care: My mom needs help mostly because she cant see. Meal prep has become nearly impossible. I help her as much as I can. Transportation is an issue as well. There is little to no assistance for transportation here in Wasilla. She needs help with getting dressed as well. Companionship is something she lacks, after my dad died shes been lonely. We visit as much as possible, we talk everyday 2-3 times a day but having another person to lend an ear would go a long way to keep her spirits up. About the care needs: Someones straightforward and someone straightforward and practical and outgoing and funny. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, and mobility assistance.
