About the job

About who needs care: Alzheiners and dementia. Can't be home alone, and sometimes my brother and I can't cover a few hours here and there due to work shifts. In all honesty, he just needs someone there so he's not alone and scared. He's hard of hearing and can't read well, so he doesn't do a lot. Watches TV, go outside and putz in the garage, etc. We dont let him drive (he thinks his truck is in the shop) , but he does like to go for rides. Basically need someone on an on call schedule, as work schedules vary. About the care needs: Someone who is familiar with Dementia, male most likely. Someone nice! Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
