Assistance Needed For 80yo With Alzheimer's

Seeking help with our 80yo mother with mid to late stage Alzheimer's. She moved in with us last November, and we are pending a move to assisted living. In the meantime we could really use help with personal care and companionship. We both work full time, mostly from home, but mom is lonely, and needing help with self care. Also, we could really use some respite care! As she has become less mobile, we have been unable to get out of the house as a family. We have a 13yo that is AuDHD (if you also tutor, added bonus!!) Ideally, we would also like the opportunity for a week long respite care in July, if assisted living is not available by then. This would also include help with our budgie (parakeet) who is very friendly, but could also stay in his cage if needed. Would just need food and water changes. We could also use help with getting her to her house (just 1mi from us) for bathing assistance as we have no facilities that work for her in our main floor. Our showers/bath are in the 2nd level and she is unable to handle the stairs. Her home has a shower with shower chair.
