About the job

We need a care provider with experience, or are willing to learn, caring for those with quadriplegia. My 30-year-old daughter needs assistance with getting out of bed and ready for work each day, which includes-applying lotion, dressing, suprapubic catheter care, ADLs, medication setup, folding laundry, maintaining her living area and preparing her lunch. She requires transfer into her wheelchair which we do by using a technique called the quad pivot. We have 2 dogs who are very friendly but can be loud- especially when threatened by the garbage truck ; ). Non smoking female caregivers please. Mom is a nurse so can train you on everything you need to know. We just need reliable care. ****Perfect job for student nurses, PT, OT
