About the job

About who needs care: My Mom is 89, lives alone in the house we grew up in. She is pretty much 'with it' but is starting to get mixed up on some things (dates, did she take her meds, remembering to do a list of groceries etc) I need someone that could help her cook, talk to her and maybe do things like put a lightbulb in or put a battery in her clock. Those types of things About the care needs: Someone talkative, enjoys maybe cards or chatting about the news maybe, interested in dogs, my Mom has a sweet little dog and she loves animals. My Mom is hard of hearing and will not wear her hearing aids! It drives us crazy (she is very stuborn) My Mom has a nice, clean house as well Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
