I need senior care provider with experience, our usual caregiver is out of town but would love to keep in touch if it feels right Our care concerns are companionship, and making breakfast and lunch. My mom loves to get out of the house, you could go to the farmers market but please stay in Reston. She needs to move around and please make sure she stays hydrated. water, watered down juice, tea, decaf coffee only We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping in kitchen during down time when my mom's watching tv, but nothing major!
