About who needs care: 10. 14. 21 stroke which triggered Alzheimers. 05. 24. 25 mild heart attack. Should never be alone. About the care needs: She is very quiet and shy, not a big talker at all. Quietly watches TV a lot. Does not cook. She dresses, showers herself. She had been doing laundry and washing dishes, but , at present is being treated for severe nausea and isnt very active. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
