About who needs care: Cognitive decline. Short term memory issues. Hobbies are biking, gardening, and walking. About the care needs: A woman who is a good listener and patient. She needs someone to provide some basic checkin care. Drive her to doctors appointments or maybe to a community event. She needs some female friends and a sense of independence. Someone who could ride bikes with her on the creeper trail, or take her to the gym, or shopping, or maybe somewhere she can volunteer or visit with animals. Services needed include: transportation, possible meal preparation, errands / shopping, and companionship.
