Help needed for my mother in her 70s - seeking part-time companion care 2-3 days/wk. My mother has been approved for in-home care through Medicaid, so provider must bill Medicaid for payment. Ideal match will meet the requirements below. Assistance with medication reminders is needed. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. Seeking someone to assist with some meal preparation. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. We'll need you to handle groceries or errands when appropriate. You'll be responsible for transporting to/from appointments. Preferences for a female caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained.
