My mother is 67 with behavioral variant frontotemporal dementia. Compounding issues: sleep apnea (maintaining CPAP/keeping it clean), mobility issues (hip replacement/knee issues), chronic kidney disease (stage 2, restricted diet), bipolar disorder (well managed), urinary incontinence (6 pads a day), sundowning, fear at night (needs reassurance). She loves listening to music, archaeology (ancient Egypt), visual art (watercolor/clay), going on walks, being in nature. We need someone who is very patient (she has no filter), who can do maintenance cleaning (dishes, vacuuming, tidying), laundry, cooking/snacks, med reminders, with a sense of humor. Bonus points for someone experienced with dementia, socially progressive, creative/willing to do crafts, with medical or health training!
