About the job

About who needs care: My son has cerebral palsy and requires total care. He is super healthy and super sweet. He attends an adult day center during the day. Citibus picks him up in the morning and brings him home in the afternoon. I need someone to be at the house for him at 4 p.m. Once he gets home, he will need meds, snack, bath, and to be dressed for bed. Sometimes I will ask that you feed him in the evening as well. I do have a lift system to help with lifting in his bedroom and in the bathroom. He weighs about 115 lbs. You must be CPR Certified (a hands-on program). Punctuality is a MUST. There will be the opportunity for more hours as needed. About the care needs: The ideal caregiver would be someone who is able to lift my son safely. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
