Seeking a compassionate and energetic Caregiver to assist our 18yr son with epilepsy, cerebral palsy, and intellectual disabilities. This is an active role providing support in a positive environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, energetic and resourceful with a happy personality. Candidates should be comfortable assisting with transfers and basic daily living needs. -Aid with dressing, toileting, and grooming. -Prepare and assist with meals. -Observe for signs of seizures while he is asleep. -Assist with getting in and out of a wheelchair to engage in activities. -Transport him in a provided accessible van for outings and appointments. -Provide interactive activities that align with his interests and needs. -Assist with light cleaning related to his care (tidying his area, washing dishes used for meals).
