About the job

About who needs care: We live in the 78744 area code. My mother Jan is currently under going cancer treatment. Her cancer has caused fluid build up in her eyes that has created very low vision/blindness. She can navigate her bedroom and bathroom slowly by herself. She mainly needs companionship during the day because the loss of vision has made her feel very isolated when no one is home. She is a fall risk however due to her vision and low blood pressure from chemo. We are looking for someone to come spend from around 10am-6 p.m. Monday - Friday About the care needs: Someone patient, and willing to watch some tv and answer questions about shows. Help make a meal for lunch. Services needed include: companionship.
