The patient is 39 years old. He suffered a neck injury in his early 20s and has been wheelchair bound since then. No mobility below the waist. Limited mobility in arms and hands. Needs assistance getting into his chair and in and out of bed. Needs assistance with bathing, toilet, and getting dressed. If food is prepared and presented in an easy way to handle, he can feed himself. The job also requires someone to do his daily stretching and therapy exercises. There may be some household tasks but the majority is health, hygiene and mobility assistance. The job would likely be arriving mid-morning to help get him out of bed, cleaned up and dressed, do daily therapy and stretching, and check in to see if there is anything miscellaneous that needs doing (reasonable things like changing a lightbulb).
