About the job

Arlington family needs part-time household help. My mom lives with us and has dementia. She is still fairly independent and mostly just needs re-direction/supervision/companionship. We also have a sweet 1-year-old girl, and another baby girl on the way (due at the end of July). We need someone that can watch both kids and my mom several times a week. My mom can still help some with the kids and play with them, but must be supervised. Duties may vary, as we'll need some help with cleaning and cooking as well. We also have one large dog and two small dogs, so you must be comfortable with pets. Ideally we'd like to find someone with prior experience both with kids and with dementia patients.
