About the job

About who needs care: I am a stroke survivor with multiple health issues. Currently I am not able to drive and have Dr visits frequently. I have a biliary drain bag that I am unable to have surgery to remove because I have a more pressing issue that has to be resolved first. If you can let me know of your preferred days and times I will try to get my appointments scheduled for those times. A driver and accompanying help to appointments will be the biggest requirement. I dont need much physical assistance and I wear a life alert when out of my home. About the care needs: A good fit would be a woman close to my age. There arent any specific skills that I can think of and I anticipate that most times of assistance will not be more than three hours. I am expecting 2 separate surgeries but dont know when yet. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
