Lori's Driver To And From Surgery Center For A Series Of 4 Separate Back Injections

I am looking for a driver to drive me, to and from the surgery center in Johnson City. I will be having a series of 4 back injections total with sedation and must have a driver the 4 injections are spaced a few weeks apart for each one . I have to have a responsible driver 18 years of age with me at the appointment. This driver must Sign the needed paperwork that you're my driver & responsible for getting me home this driver must Stay there with me at the surgery center and drive me home probably about 3 hours total my 16-year-old daughter will be waiting on me at home. She will provide my home care. She is just under the age of 18 so the surgery center will not let her be my driver nor be responsible for me at the surgery center I haven't scheduled these injections yet. I must find a responsible driver first.
