About who needs care: diagnosed with cancer Nov. 2024 and recently had a hemorrhagic stroke 04/18/25 and paralyzed on left side. Now on hospice since 05/21/2025 working on exercising his arms and legs. need assistance with changing briefs and cleaning him, transfer from bed to recliner and vice versa by wheelchair. Strength to help stand and transfer from bed to recliner and vice versa and turning and changing briefs. Possible transfers to potty chair as he is gaining strength back. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
