About who needs care: Some mobility issues, uses a wheelchair when needed and a walker. She can get out of breath quickly. Has history of cardiac, renal and lung conditions. Would need help organizing medication, housekeeping and organizing to do lists. Meal prepping and organizing her home. About the care needs: Someone extremely patient and able to keep her on task but also keep her company. Someone who is familiar with chronically ill patients. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
